Can my PC run Enlisted?

These are the figures on the game’s Steam store page at the time of writing.
How to read them
The graphics gap is the real story
The minimum card is a GeForce GTX 660, which launched in 2012. The recommended card is a GTX 1080, from 2016. That is an unusually wide gap, and it tells you something: the game will start on old hardware, but the large, busy battles it is built around — lots of soldiers, vehicles and destruction on screen at once — are where a weak card falls over. If your machine is near the minimum, plan on spending time in the graphics settings rather than expecting it to look like the trailers.
8 GB of RAM is a floor, not a target
The store page lists 8 GB as the minimum. On a modern Windows install with a browser open, 8 GB is tight for any large multiplayer game. If you are choosing what to upgrade first and you are on 8 GB, memory is usually the cheapest meaningful improvement.
49 GB is the same either way
The one figure that is identical in both columns is storage: 49 GB. The install is the install. Budget for it to grow, because live games generally do, and prefer an SSD if you have one — not for frame rate but for load times.

Operating systems
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, is what both specification columns list. The Steam page also declares SteamOS and Linux support, which in practice is the relevant line if you are looking at a handheld PC.
Or skip the PC question entirely
The game is on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, and on the Xbox Series consoles and Xbox One. Steam’s feature list includes cross-platform multiplayer, so playing on a console does not necessarily cut you off from friends on PC.
One thing to know before you install
The Steam store page discloses that the game uses BattlEye, and that it is kernel-level. Software of that kind runs with the highest privileges on your machine. A great many competitive multiplayer games ship the same thing and most players install it without a second thought — but if the machine is also a work machine, or you decline kernel-level anti-cheat on principle, this is the point at which to decide, not after the download.
